Good afternoon,
Today was a very bittersweet day for Beddington Heights. As you know, Ms. Hayes will be principal of Penbrook Meadows beginning June 1. As a whole school we came together to present her with a few gifts that represent all she means to us - her kindness, humour, smile, gentleness and more. There were a few tears and it ended beautifully with Ms. Hayes performing a dance.
After Fun Lunch it was the beginning of Sports Day! I was at the Badminton station and it sounds like there were many exciting stations to challenge our students to use the skills they have learned in gym. Sports Day ended with races and freezies!
Ms. Paolini is kindly requesting that any and all overdue books be returned ASAP!
